Pin Chucks

A pin chuck "pulls" the part down against a locating surface or center. It provides long travel ability and heavy clamping forces. The number of pins depends on the part configuration and machining operations. They are primarily used as first and second operation chucks.

Accuracy: The chuck is repeatable within .005 inch TIR when gripping a qualified part master.
